Port Jefferson definitely showed they are “A Village That’s Never Out of Style” with the first Vogue In The Village Fashion Show. Sponsored by The Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and Fedora Lounge Boutique Hair Salon, this event was held at Theatre Three on April 23rd at 6pm.

Before the show began, models were getting ready for the fashion show! Volunteers from Fedora Lounge Boutique Hair Salon, Hair Lash Brow Loft, & EQ Salon & Barber got the models’ makeup and hair done – they all looked fantastic!

While the models were getting ready, vendors were in the lower area of Theatre Three, available to attendees to look at. There was a variety of merchandise to view from dog attire from Fetch Doggy Boutique & Bakery to jewelry from Sea Creations. Also available was a backdrop and red carpet for attendees to take photos in front of! As the show neared 7pm, people headed up to see the fashion show in the main theatre.

The fashion show began with (of course) the adorable dogs from Yorkie 911 sporting clothes from Fetch Doggy Boutique & Bakery. Here are some key highlights of the show:
– The East End Shirt Company sported local Port Jefferson & Long Island pride with their t-shirts.
– Red hat ladies!
– Traditional Indian attire worn by representatives from Curry Club @ Saghar, The Amazing Olive, & Northwell Health.
– Women’s plus size prom dresses and mother of the bride dresses from Ivory & Main (soon to be located in Port Jefferson.)
Other businesses who participated in the fashion show included Tabu Boutique, Designs by Dr. G, The Smokin’ Gentlemen, and Fedora Boutique Hair Salon.
